Email enquiry acknowledgement: We send a prompt acknowledgement to confirm receipt and set expectations, using your approved wording.
How we work
Script-led handling: We follow your scripts, FAQs, and escalation rules exactly.
Logging: Calls/messages are recorded in a simple log so you can track what came in and what was forwarded.
Escalation: Anything outside scope (e.g., complaints, disputes, complex queries, requests needing approval) is escalated to you with full context.
